Makes 6 cups
Ingredients
4 cups water
3 cups organic, raw H2 milk or your favorite non-dairy alternative milk
5 tablespoons Tulsi
3 tablespoons Ashwagandha
1 teaspoon whole Pippali
1/4 tsp whole Ajwain
3 cinnamon sticks
7 Saffron threads
2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- In a medium sauce pan, add milk and water, bring to boil.
- Reduce heat. Add all the herbs to the liquid. Steep and simmer on low covered for 30 mins.
- Turn off heat. Strain and stir in honey.
- Drink 1 cup each evening after dinner as needed.
- Can be refrigerated for up to 5 days.
